By booking services with ME2U Valeting & Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Vehicle Condition

Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and in a safe condition for work to be carried out.

Weather Conditions

As a mobile valeting service, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.

Cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.

Liability

While every care is taken during our services, ME2U Valeting & Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues outside our control.
